Reception and cleaning staff are super friendly and very responsive. The size of the room is convenient just like the amazing location of the hotel. It's also calm and quiet with well isolated rooms. Unlike many hotels, if you're planning to stay for a while, this hotel replaces all mattresses, toothbrushs, combs, pillows, glasses.... etc every day. On the other hand, the meals at the restaurant are expensive with very limited variety of food for breakfast. Literally, there's nothing you can do at the hotel to spend some time. No gym, swimming pool, or even a table in the lobby if you need to meet someone and talk for example.

Came here for a nomikai with work. The staff were very professional, the room was nice, and the food was very good. I would recommend events here

good hotel for the price. rooms slightly larger than Tokyo average. Breakfast is really good.
