It is what it is. A business hotel. I stayed here for a night to take my license test in the morning. It's walkable to fuchu. Enough amenities for the night. Pleasant stay. Don't expect anything more.
Rooms have a small cooking area with one burner and microwave. There's also a washing machine and a small balcony with a drying rack. There was lots of hot water and the air-conditioner worked very well! The rooms are small and perhaps a bit spartan, but this is a great value for this area. I often come here when I have to attend an event at the American School in Japan.

Not large rooms but they have rather new building and equipments,
Reception of it is a very kind, both before and after check-in was also Could keep my luggage. Night, give me a guide to the room when you check in, (the customer is the person who is in the up stairs in the elevator) is luggage was good Yes ask carry the other room!
It takes about 30 seconds from the station so it's very convenient. There is also a microwave, washing machine and dryer. Flooring of the floor is beautiful. I felt the warmth different from a normal hotel.
