Nice onsen with many baths. Hotel very comfortable and spacious. Dinner was excellent and service super friendly. They had a special ice cream which tasted very nice. They didn't make the beds in the evening, but I recommend this hotel.
You are welcome with smell of body odour when you enter the onsen. You have to prepare your bed and Sashimi wasn’t fresh. There are many other better option in Hakone or Fujikawaguchiko area.
Main Restaurant by booking only. Other restaurant is shoes off kneeling restaurant, too difficult for someone with joint problems. Had to eat out of 7 Eleven whole time here as local restaurants close before 8
love this place. very large rooms. what i love the most is the onsen.
Very nice hotel in a very beautiful place. Easy to reach by shuttle bus and then the hotel's car service. Hot spring is very nice, too.
