There is indeed only one parking space. However for us this was not a problem as we were travelling around Japan. The house was not very hard to find at it is at an intersection. You could immediately see the very nice cross beams through the glass window at the front. Stepping inside felt like I was inside a fancy boat! Everything was very open, the bed rooms had sea like objects in them and the toilets were designed very nicely. Upstairs was very spacious too, with good use of wood and lighting. However the only source of heat is a stove it appears.
A huge tv and a nicely designed kitchen state themselves as well. Beautiful place. Would love to live somewhere like this

It is a good-quality condominium. Parking lot is wide, too.
There is only one car parking space.
