We recommend the most luxurious delicious turtle course for the soft-shelled turtle course, but it is recommended for those who are interested because the price is almost the same for accommodation and cooking in the goto campaign!

Suppon dishes were the best. However, rooms and services are average. I visited in winter and the staff explained that it was a 5 minute walk to the nearby hot springs, but no matter what I thought, it was more than 15 minutes. I returned to pick up my jacket on the way. It is a place where you can only enjoy food.

A long-established Suppon Kaiseki store founded in 1918. It is said that it is now possible to order Suppon Nabe, so I ordered immediately. It was my first time to make Suppon Nabe at home, so I was a little worried, but the detailed instructions are included. It doesn't contain vegetables, so it's better to buy recommended vegetables in advance. (Chinese cabbage, trefoil, shiitake mushroom, thread konjac, garland chrysanthemum, green onion, tofu, enoki mushroom, kuzukiri, etc.) Suppon hotpot set (3 servings) 11200 yen The contents of the set are sapphire fillet, soup stock, ponzu vinegar, shell for carapace, hot water of empera, and yuzu pepper. Emperor Yubiki has a unique texture, but it goes well with sake. The Suppon Nabe has a rather thick finish. Both homemade ponzu and yuzu pepper have a strong flavor. Aside from the fillets, the tofu and vegetables that are eaten together are so tasty that the taste is thoroughly absorbed. I also ate porridge at 〆, which is also delicious. Totally satisfying Suppon Nabe. If you haven't eaten Suppon, please try it.

I had a gourmet acquaintance take me to Oita during my trip. I heard that it is a restaurant with a long history, but it seems that it was recently remodeled, it is quite new, and the atmosphere is luxurious. I was passed through a private room. It's my first suppo. I received everything from suppon blood, eggs, sashimi, fried chicken, and of course, a pan. As a result, I felt the smell of fish (especially eggs) and finished eating I couldn't (I'm sorry.) The gourmet acquaintance had eaten everything up so deliciously, I think it's a matter of the likes and dislikes of the person who eats it. However, I'm sure I felt a fishy odor, so if you're new to Suppon, you might be wary. The atmosphere of the shop and the customer service were very kind and polite.

I have never eaten such a delicious soft-shelled turtle dish! I was shocked. I want to go again!
