The only hotel I have been to in Japan. But I think the rooms were VERY small. But they were super clean and the staff was so kind. There was a simple breakfast, not the best for a western tongue.

I used it on my trip to Kumamoto. It is within walking distance from the new town where you can enjoy Kumamoto gourmet food, and if you leave the hotel and head south a little, you can easily get on the streetcar, so it was very convenient to move around. Also, I think it's good to choose your favorite shampoo at the amenity goods storage area in front of the front desk. Speaking of greed, I think it would have been better if I could choose the hardness of the pillow. I personally like a slightly stiff pillow. I think the hotel has a nice atmosphere where the cleaning staff are greeted every time they pass each other. I think that the breakfast buffet is also necessary and sufficient, and the corona measures are well taken, so it is a hotel where you can stay with peace of mind.

Third use. (2020/11) I am satisfied with the pleasant customer service and the clean interior. There was a shampoo bar in front of the front desk. This is the second use. (2020/08) There were no complaints about customer service and the cleanliness of the hall. This time, the room based on blue was very nice and I was able to relax. There is a tea pack in the room, but coffee is not placed, so if you want to drink coffee at night or in the morning, we recommend that you bring it with you. (If it is not troublesome, you can purchase it at the convenience store on the 1st floor or the vending machine on the 3rd floor.) I would like to stay in a room on the Kumamoto Castle side someday.
