The room is clean and the size is ok. The hotel has a multistorey parking facility. However, i am driving a 4 person compact car which is too tall to move in. I am very stressed because the hotel outside is having massive traffic jam and all nearby private carpark already full. I was lucky tht the hotel receptionist staff come out and help to clear the traffic for me and direct me to a nearby multistorey carparks. He also teach me the trick on how to wait near the ticket machine at the entrance and quickly snatch the ticket immedite after a car exit the multistorey carparks. I realize all the locals are doing the same thing by waiting patiently at the gate to snatch the entry ticket.
They provided umbrella when it was raining. I thought it's a nice gesture.
Close vicinity to the shopping area. Hotel is a fit for purpose type.
Bit outdated but location is great. If you are looking for a business hotel it’s not bad for a one night stay
I stayed here for a week when i was on japan tour . The place is so nice that i still want to go there and stay . The chilling weather outside and hot ventilation inside rooms just feel awesome. Rooms are large , nice people and food also . Stores are nearby so that can purchase if anything. Whatever you need for living it is there here . Internet and room service is good.
