Small room, the bathroom towels stink, parking far away, staff are not friendly, room does not have air conditioning when we complain about the heat the employee suggested opening the window, we slept badly because of the noises, heat and bugs. The breakfast is also not worth it. I will never stay at this hotel with my family again!

Good business hotel nice and clean. Room is quite tiny so expect that. Also I suggest it will be a little difficult to find hotel as there are two APA next to each other. Different but same name. Another suggestion is to provide English customers some instruction for room heater controls and for television. Also for some reason my reservation by my name was not acceptable to front desk without showing proof of my reservation from my phone. This was unusual and made unwelcome feeling.

Self check-in. Walking distance from different bars and restaurants. Microwave on 1,7,15th floors. Spa on the 15th floor. Noisy drunken people outside could be heard from the 5th floor.

Friendly staff and clean room. Onsen on the top floor open almost all day. Mtr station nearby.

Great place to stay around sakae. Front desk really helpful. Even they can't speak English but they effort to understand us really appreciate. Good Job... 🙌🙌
