So nice for a family with young kids. The staff and fellow travellers were so friendly to our young children. The toilets and showers are very clean, the rooms as well. The shared dinner was great for making friends and socialising. The shared living, kitchen and laundry makes it feel like you have lots more space than if you were staying in a hotel.
Everything was so good in our stay in Zaito's house. The location is amazing. Easy to go to anywhere. Clean, quiet and safe. What else you need to a pleasant days in Tokyo? Strongly recommend.
Really great affordable accommodation. We stayed only one night but it was very nice. The irori area was busy with people which was fun to hang out in after dinner. The staff were so incredibly helpful, Saki in particular was so accommodating with helping guests to figure out transit ect. We stayed in one of the upstairs rooms that has a double bed and it was a lot more spacious than even the pictures showed.
Overall a great experience and would recommend to anyone.
Amazing guest house in Hakone with convenient accessibility. Couldn’t ask for a better design and service, the staff are really kind and helpful and the dinner is a truly must do experience. There is also parking lot so coming by car was nice.
