Pretty good Beach near Joetsu. Nice for a quick swim and to relax. Water is clean and cool. Almost no wave and deep. Just few shops for beer, snacks, ice shave drinks and some homemade Yakisoba (fry noodles with vegetables and meat) Good thing that has free shower, bathroom and parking (parking might be a bit far like 5 or 8 mins on foot)

A few feet into the waters, depth increases. That can be dangerous to children and inexperienced swimmers

There is a mermaid statue The grain size of the sand is coarse

It is a small beach. The sea is close to the parking lot.

It was a small beach and the water was beautiful. The sea house was open about three. The sand on the beach was rough and it was difficult to dig out the tunnel even if it made sand piles. There is a free toilet and water shower. We had a hard time carrying the family's luggage as there was a little distance from the free parking lot.
