The location itself is near to convenience stores, parks and public transport. The hotel is very clean and the room is cozy. The staffs are very polite and welcoming. Definitely, we will return to this place given the chance.

Recommended for everyone. So comfort bed with 3 style pillow. Room is bigger than other hotel. New and clean room. Air condition can adjust temperature, hot or cool. Hotel locate in center of Sake, you can walk everywhere. There are 4 train line that can walk to, just 3 block. Staff are so nice, no waiting queue for checkin or check out.

Was here for a solitary night before heading to Tokyo. The standard double room is just nice for me. It’s small, but it has everything you need. Eco friendly as well. Desk staff, Ms Rei Izawa is very helpful and charming. She assisted me on my Akita itinerary. Great location. I would stay again if I return to Nagoya city.

New hotel, was clean, nice and good value. Downside: it's right across the street from a strip club. There was noise at night from drunk people outside. Generally I feel safe in Japan since crime rates are very low, but that area was a bit shady. Probably great if you are into night life. Very central location

The room was neat but they forgot to change the towels while cleaning the room.
