Newly renovated hotel, yet they didn't update the washroom. Very outdated and old. However, the breakfast buffet was amazing. Lots of food choices and tasted great! If it's only Food rating, it would become 5 stars..

The staff are nice and the breakfast is decent but the hotel is not "New". The pictures really make it look nicer than it is. My guess is that it's about 25 to 30 years old. Rooms lack adequate plugs for charging devices and are beat up. The parking was alot more expensive than we were led to believe. Still it is a decent location and run by friendly service.

This is my 2nd time at this hotel, luckily got a suite upgrade. I have stayed in both compact double room and suite twin room, will surely stay several more times! The twin suite was really amazing with a separate living room, 2 TVs, refrigerator, store room, etc... Located on prime location, just outside Kumamoto station. They also have a cozy bar and restaurant. Breakfast buffet has a wide variety of dishes, both Japanese and western. Rooms are clean and wide, will give a luxury experience. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

great hotel. reasonable price. located just across Kumamoto station. very convenient to go everywhere in the city.

Very beautiful lobby. It's near to station and on the main road so not so difficult to locate. Near bus stops which help to roam around Kumamoto.The room is very nice with huge bed for 2 of us. It was really worth for the money. All the amenities provided in the room. They also have breakfast facility available, which is little pricy but food is good. It's really a very good experience to stay. Always recommended.
