The shower system in the room is really inconvenient and the sento is definitely very small (I've been advised by the front desk though). Good service, breakfast ok.
Worth it's price. Room is not the best available but I can cope with that. Location is good and the staffs were very kind and helpful. We were looking for resteraunts and they offered calling to check if we can make a reservation. I'm satisfied with my stay.
Staff very rude, and unhelpful - talking without eye contact, arrogant, unwilling to help. As a hotel, especialy in Japan, it is extremely fail.
