Excellent service and good value. Book early as it fills up. Had to book way early in advance. They also swap the onsen rooms everyday as one side is bigger than the other; so both guys and gals can enjoy the bigger baths.
The meals are great. Had my best meals here. Very nicely presented. The dinner was better than the breakfast. The beef cheek was melt in your mouth.
Beautiful hotel.,comfortable ( small) rooms, great location. few minutes walk from the Itsukushina shrine and the Torii. The hotel has a wonderful "onsen" (kind of a spa) with indoor and outdoor unique baths.
Shuttle services to the ferry station is available.
The service was absolutely professional. They picked us up at the station and carried all our suitcases into the (very) comfortable vehicle. When we got into the hotel, they brought our suitcases into the room. The rooms had tatami mats, and the futon is laid out when the guests are having dinner. All the staff was professional and very polite. They were more than willing to adhere to our requests. The location was very close to the famous shrine. And it was a short 5 minute walk in the evening to view the shrine when the sea level was low. In the 5 minute walk, we got to walk through a very cute and traditional little town-like area. Deer were everywhere, so please beware of having food with you or feeding the deer! In the evening, dinner was served professionally, and the hostess was polite and very informative about the food. Everything was catered, and there was never a moment of confusion. They provide you a ride back to the ferry station as well! All in all, a perfect glimpse of Japan.
The hotel staff are thoughtful. Had a really good time with the great service!
I love everything about this hotel. Really comfortable and clean room, the staff is very helpful with everything, and they have a shuttle to take you from and to the miyajima pier. I definitely will recommend this hotel to my friends.
