I held a photo exhibition of Tamagawa Aqueduct, so I went there, but it was a great learning experience. The permanent exhibition also gives you a good idea of the history of Shibuya Ward, and it's a quiet but well-known facility. Recommended for those who like the Meguro History Museum and the Shinjuku Historical Museum. I hope I can take more pictures freely. The Toei Bus is convenient because it is far from Shibuya Station.

I used to go there as a child, and I took my child with me after a long time. It used to be an old house, with a veranda and a garden. It was a retro and relaxing place. I am very sorry that it has disappeared. The building has become an inorganic structure, but the exhibits are substantial, and the receptionist had a good time and had a good time.

I went by bus from Shibuya station in November 2017. On that day, there was a special exhibition called Shibuya Station and Daisen Kaido, and the history of Shibuya Station, such as the opening of Shibuya Station and the railway that ran on Daisen Kaido, was displayed in detail. Also, at the attached Literature Museum, there is an exhibition about literary people who are related to Shibuya Ward, and I'm glad that the content was substantial. There are JR, Tokyo Metro, Tokyu, and Keio lines at Shibuya Station, and it is crowded with many passengers getting on and off, but once I left the station, I felt once again that there was a quiet atmosphere. Also, if there is an exhibition about railways, I would love to go there.

I aimed at walking from Shibuya station, but it seems to take about 15 minutes, so it seems better to use a bus. It was a weekday so there were no people lol This is a facility where you can overlook the history of Shibuya Ward, etc., and you could see it slowly. There are no free tourist pamphlets available, so I think it's okay to get them together. The flyers of other museums are enriched, and there is a collection of paid exhibitions for the special exhibitions published by this facility. There is no space to eat and drink in the hall, so it is respectful that you will spend less time naturally and staying ...

Shiramatsu beside the entrance of the local museum is a very rare pine in Japan. In Japan, there are pine trees, such as Akamatsu and Kuromatsu, which are often seen, but Shiramatsu is rarely seen. Shiramatsu is an indigenous species from China, and due to its slow growth, there is little chance of seeing a large tree in Japan. While walking around Shibuya Ward, I had the opportunity to see the large trees of Shiramatsu by chance. (PC drawing) When I tried to enter the Shibuya Ward Folk Museum, there was a large white-skinned tree near the entrance, and when I was looking at it interestingly, a staff member who walked in explained me. According to the report, the tree was not originally from Japan, but a wealthy person who had been living there had ordered it from China and planted it in his garden. The person donated this tree to Shibuya Ward and is now rooted here. It is a sacred tree in China and is planted in royal palaces, tombs, and temples. Looking up again, there is a dignified and sacred atmosphere. It is strange.
