If you already traveled Japan many times. You would know Toyoko inn provides room with clean and huge enough space to travelers. And If you don't meaning to stay at 'RYOKAN', stay at Toyoko inn Odawara(Near by Hakone Onsen area) will be 5★ choice to travel in Hakone. It seems like built recently so it equipped clean(More clean than other Toyoko inn franchise hotels) brand new facilities. And of course it provide rooms cheapest price in area. But because of Corona situation, they provide 'Bento' as a breakfast and it is disappointing -1★

They are scammers. Description on Agoda and Booking is incorrect. We arrived 30 min earlier they asked pay 3000 yen for earlier check in. But for Japanese people they gave a room. On breakfest they gave us rise and piece of chicken. Crazy staff

Excellent location, good service. Spacious for double bed single room. A selling point the bed frame is tall enough to place the luggage case under the bed. Clean and user friendly.

Relatively new hotel with adequate facilities. Booked this hotel months before checking in. Told them that we're driving. However the staff said we cannot park inside the hotel (despite having parking lots). I would have easily given it 5 stars
