Very chill place to enjoy and rest at a slow pace, collection is very nice and the whole architecture and space is really amazing so it is really worth to just enjoy walking and being in that space.

First of all the exhibits have always been an insight to Japanese aesthetics and culture. A don’t miss as an American that loves traveling in Japan. The design of the building is amazing with an excellent tradition from the streets of Tokyo to garden silence. Don’t miss the cafe in the garden. Photo tells all. If you are looking for a place to escape the frenzy of the urban chaos this is one of many great places.

Amazingly aesthetic museum with several pieces merging history and nature. Indoors there is an exhibit on tea, while upstairs are a multitude of pieces ranging from works on a culturally significant story to ancient tools. Outdoors is where the real magic happens. The museum opens up into a garden that winds around multiple paths leading to small points of attraction like a shrine or huts.

Nice architectured structure & building. Feels like needing more activities to enlighten the place. Coffee from Nezu cafe is terrible though. Cappuccino was like from ready made machine. Very bad.
