I visited to find out how visually impaired people see the world of art. I was impressed by the sculptures of the visually impaired students lined up there. "Hokusai seen by hand-Thirty-six views of Mt. Fuji, Kanagawa Okinami Ura" that was exhibited together it's amazing!

I was looking forward to the art that the blind could enjoy, but I was paying for the art at another event, but I was paid for it but I was sorry that I could not see what I expected, I want you to close it .. And I often pass in front of here, but there are times when a guy like a gal guy is having a party on this building. What is that?
