The bathroom was very old and had a very bad cigarette smell (even though it was a non smoking room) It made me really sick. It was terrible. Highly suggest refurbishment.

The lobby staff are super friendly and efficient, and there’s an onsen on the top floor. The location is decent too. However, the rooms are pretty dated, and our room has dust everywhere (on top of bathroom shelf, walls and even on the room door). Given the high standard Japanese hotels hold themselves to, this is pretty shocking.

Very good hotel with fully equipped, clean rooms. They are perhaps rather small, but to a Japanese standard. The location is extremely convenient, just beside freshly opened mall with a huge bus terminal (featuring the airport bus). Also, Kumamoto Castle is not far away. The breakfast in the hotel is very tasty and offers many Japanese and "international" dishes.

Nice hotel! Onsen is small and crowd, however, it's nice! Breakfast not bad but choice is limited! Near shopping area! Just walk is OK! Also, nice staff! Support is good! Bus terminal is just on the opposite side of hotel! Can find bus to Kumamoto Airport!

Reasonably priced stay that provides natural onsen. It can get busy at times, just sit back and relax. Cheers!
