It was a pleasant hostel with a very nice and helpful staff who speaks good english, easy to communicate with. The common space is comfortable to hang around. But they could improve on the cleanliness though.
Great place, super friendly and helpful staff, the rooms were modern, nice, clean and quiet. Bathrooms were clean. The hostel has a nice bar too! Walking distance from lots of spots you may want to visit. Thank you for your hospitality!
Nice guesthouse with a beautiful cafe downstairs. The stairway is decorated with countless pieces of traditional Kyoto pottery that gives the place a nice touch.
The beds were comfortable, you have your curtain for privacy and power outlets in your reach.
Staff was always helpful and gave me all the information that I asked for.
Don’t make the mistake taking the subway on the day of your check-in as it can be a pain to carry them up to the hostel. The bus stop is just around the corner, so taking the bus will save you a lot of pain :-)
I loved this guesthouse! The staff is very friendly and helpful, the people staying are also so nice. I've met a lot of great people and they made my trip to Kyoto even better!
