Nice rooms, lovely restaurant/cafe. fantastic breakfast that changed the items for my vegetarian needs with a smile. At e restaurant, they have free refills on rice and they have us a second helping of miso soup.

best choice in Usa and try Japanese breakfast. Also best receptionist Miyuki Sato. She has kind heart and people like her highlights of our visit! Thank you Riverside Hotel Usa to made our time special.

I used a restaurant. The staff at the restaurant were all pleasant. One reason for the star is the woman at the front! ! ! That was already the worst. I met the staff for such a terrible response for the first time. I was told to pay by credit card at the front desk, so when I headed for the lobby, there was a young lady with brown hair standing at the front desk with a stern look. I don't say anything, so I wonder if it's okay to come here, and when I approach, I silently bang the credit payment machine! I was offered. After the checkout, he was pointing out the card and the copy with an unassuming face that seemed dull. Of course there is no word for "Thank you"! ! ! ! I think it would be nice to have someone with that attitude at the front, the face of the hotel! ! ! I've written many times, but I've used many hotels up to now, but it's so bad that this bad person is the first time. That is terrible (laughs) I wanted to visit the restaurant again, but I can't wait to go because of the lady at the front desk.
