This place is so nice to stay! The couple running this guest house is really friendly, kind and always helpful. This stay was the last station of a roadtrip I did through Japan and it was definitely one of my personal highlights. The owners build a small paradise for everybody loving architecture, design or just like to discover many lovely details and the best of all-its all selfmade and perfectly clean. I was really happy to find this guest house and get to know those kind and interesting people. I really recommend this place and hope to get there again in the future! :)

The rooms were very comfy and decorative. Everything including bathrooms are new and clean. The service and hospitality from the hosts was very good. If I return to Otsu I will definitely return.

The place is really clean and it has everything thing that I needed. Room is cosy and designed with interesting and cute decorations. The scenic Lake Biwa is right next to it and convenience store is just walking distance. I had such a pleasant stay that i will definitely give 10 stars if I could. Miyu and her husband are fantastic host and were very helpful when I have any question or needed advise. They are really friendly and I thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality here! Highly recommended to everyone!!

The rooms were very nice and well decorated, the hosts were even better some of the nicest people me and my friends have met, really enjoyed the stay, will definitely be returning to this in when I come back to japan.
