Clean rooms. The hotel has signs of no smoking room permitted. Stayed here for 23 days. No problems at all. Parking is an additional 1000 yen per night. Pots for cooking are an additional 1000 yen per day.

It was nice to stay, but the water was cut off from the beginning to the end. No explanation or apology from the hotel. I will never use it again.

I booked a non-smoking room. When I opened the door, I had a very pungent smell of smoke. I asked if the counter staff could change the room. The reply was that you spray a deodorant. ! It’s useless to have good facilities in the room, I just want to give zero points.

Although it is a non-smoking room, the smell of smoke is very heavy. The counter staff does not want to deal with it. We only use deodorant spray, but it has no effect. We have to spend a night in a room full of smoke and cannot rest well.
