I love that this hotel is close to the train station, right near temples to go visit, has laundry and amenities. Best part the bed is very comfortable, the space for two people is pretty big compared to other hotels in the area. Plus their is a cafe right next to the hotel, good food and coffee as well. This is the hotel I recommend if you want quick access to the train station and can just go down to the first floor for a quick bite or drink.

It was a reasonable price, a clean hotel, and right next to the train station. That's all I needed. Not only that, but there were absolutely no problems regarding noise from other rooms. The breakfast was good. Check-in and check-out were easy. The view was nice from the window of my room.

Very nice and clean hotel. Staff super nice and breakfast was ok. Close to everything and the train station. Could see the big kannon statue from outside and some rooms I'm sure too.

I am from Singapore and I was pleasantly shock to find out that I need to reserve hotel parking upon arrival. Hence parking advice.. Call them in advance to make slot reservation else you need to park overnight elsewhere. The room is decent small. The breakfast spread is not worthy to discuss here. Overall 3 stars and half.

Hi we recently stayed at JR East Kamakura Ofuna and really liked the hotel, although the breakfast is a bit basic it does the trick. Service in the breakfast area is quick and efficient and the coffee is good. The hotel location is excellent close to the station a few minutes walk with shops and restaurants close by. The staff were excellent, upgraded our room and combined our multiple bookings to one room. We enjoyed the stay so much here that we changed our forward plans to stay an extra day enjoying Hakone and various locations within the area. I would recommend this hotel and if you want to save money big style rather than stay in expensive Tokyo stay in Kamakura and take the train down to Tokyo as day trips. The rooms in this hotel are large, clean and very competitive compared to Tokyo were rooms are small, expensive and basic. We will stay here again and fully recommend if you travelling around Japan Kamakura and other regions that can be reached via day trips and trains.
