I wonder if the many staff members are part-timers who come from the neighborhood rather than receptionists. I felt that way from word to word. It's quite different from the large and small municipal art museums that are located at the prefectural office, and it's a rather rough response. I was a little disappointed because the access to the facility, the location, and the exhibition were good.

I visited for the first time to see the exhibition of Hawaiian shirts. When I drove the car along Navi Street, I was supposed to go on a narrow back road, but I arrived safely. The parking lot is free, and there was an elderly guide who kindly gave me directions to the museum. It was a small museum, but I was satisfied with the exhibition using all of the exhibition rooms 1-3. It was good that there was an exhibition room where photography was OK.
