Nice staff members but the sink is too small

It's an old business hotel, but there is no Wi-Fi problem and the rooms are large. The front desk is also kind. The shower is a little weak. (4th floor)

I made a reservation, but at the reception, I was stunned when I was told that it was not reserved. When you show the reservation details on your mobile phone, when did you make the reservation? The date was confirmed, I told that I had paid with the card, I confirmed the reservation details again, and finally I was convinced, and the confirmation was completed. Also, without much explanation, I didn't hear about the large bathtub, I overlooked it, and it was the worst hotel I've seen rarely in recent years.
