Toyoshina Modern Art Museum

I loved the museum and all the treasures you're able to find there!^^ The garden outside is just breath taking and there's many activities to check out or just look at. I'm unsure of the hours but it seems to be past 6pm which is fantastic for those who work a typical 9am-5pm job.

There is a rose garden, so it will be very gorgeous when it is in full bloom. A cute building in a very large place, it's fun just to take a picture from the outside ✨

Many of the museums in the Azumino area are small in size, but this is a magnificent structure that can be appreciated in a relaxed manner, suitable for public facilities. Due to the influence of corona, the hall was quiet even during the Obon festival, and the exhibition was still quiet, but Hirotsuka Takada's "Thoughts and Sculptures in Paris" was quite interesting. Of course, if you live in the Azumino area, you should definitely visit it.

It was the highest quality museum in Azumino. I could see Kashimayarigadake in the distance, and the sculpture and art matched the scenery of Azumino very well.

The inside of the building is vacant and it's spacious, so you can watch the exhibits slowly. There is also a spacious cafe, so it's good to relax at the cafe after watching. Now, in the rose season, many roses are blooming in the museum garden. The number and variety of roses were plentiful and I could enjoy them even more.
