Very helpful staff willing to assist with many issues and useful services for foreigners. I enrolled in the language classes. They are cheap!

A very fairly priced language school, immersive as they usually just speak Japanese. The childminding is very handy to have for my children. Im an absolute beginner and feel a little behind but if you practise the pace shouldn't be an issue.

Although it's a place for foreigners, most employees only speak Japanese If you find an English speaking person, it's an Asian foreigner, those I met with an intermediate level of English You cannot really expect qualified advice, my impression was jealousy about western foreigners and the strong advice to leave Japan, western are not suitable to Japan And this is wrong, all Japanese I met are fine with western foreigners... You find better help and advice in internet than here
