OYO Silk Hotel Nakatsugawa

Please don't stay there unless it's your last choice. It's too old and dirty! It's look like a horror hotel! When we enter to the room, we noticed the smell of humidity all over the place, some parts of the roof were falling. It doesn't have WiFi, so not useful for travelers. The only good thing is that it's close to the station and bus stop that takes you to Magome

Sadly you can't give 0 stars - They are scammers. The hotel room in itself is of poor quality, and they will try to make you pay twice if you use any booking site. Be cautious.

No English whatsoever at the reception ( yes, they called to say get out please in the morning at 10.10 am). Rooms are gloomy and smelly like tobacco. It is 1 min walk from the station.

I was dying for the smell and wanted to get out of the room early so I left early in the morning without being able to sleep much. At check-out, there was a mailbox at the front desk stating that no one could be seen and that the key should be put in here. This is the first time for a hotel like this. I don't want to stay again. It's cheap in the go-to campaign right now, so I can still put up with it, but it's normal price. It seems that there are several parking lots, but I couldn't make a reservation, so I parked at a parking lot near the hotel for 500 yen a day.

It is an accommodation experience 4 years before the renewal. In the moldy room where the wallpaper was peeled off due to stains, there was no space to hang it even though there was a hanger. I remember there was a pot but it was dirty and I didn't want to use it with a dusty paper cup. The other hotel in front of the station was fully occupied, and it was reasonably expensive to vacate only here, but I regretted choosing it. It seems that the management entity has changed since it was renewed in August 2020, but it was too harsh before...
