Fabulous base to explore Tokyo. Clean, comfortable and cosy. Great hosts and good location. I can highly recommend the hosts and the accommodation. Thanks Terry and Kumiko, we'll be back!
This is a great place to stay if you want to get a feel for living in Japan.
Located in Katsushika City, 5 min from the Yotsugi train station, it was also 5 min from a 7-11, a Family Mart and Big A supermarket. Very convenient!
The owners were very nice and accommodating with anything we needed.
We rented two rooms between 4 guys and we had plenty of space for all our luggage. One of our rooms also had a bar fridge, microwave, massive water container (full of water), disposable cutlery and plates and spare bedding. Both rooms also had reverse cycle aircon.
The toilet and bathroom were shared but we did not have any issues using them when needed.
We even got to do our washing here as part of the rental cost. That was awesome!
I definitely recommend staying here (if they are still renting). The price was cheaper than you might expect but you will need to travel a bit to get into Tokyo (e.g. Shinjuku is about 40 away on train). This can end up costing a bit.
Quiet but convenient location, clean and pleasant.
Extremely comfortable, soft beds, air con and fan, helpful host. Book on AirBnB.
