I have been there with family. Is not easy to reach the right one, because many branches are under the same name in same area . At the first floor instead than a Lobby you have a hard discount market in one and a 24h convenient store in the other. Seems we were the only family of tourist, and many couple keeps coming and go. I do not suggest this location for family with children. Could be ok for single looking for pick up hookers from the street in front.

Walking distance to Ueno station and other train and subway stations. 15 minute walk Akihabara. Family mart and a grocery store just outside the entrance of the hotel. We stayed in the three person room which is two bunk beds and a pull out couch. Not much extra room left over but it does the job. The place looked new and was clean. Did I mention this room has a dedicated switch on the wall for playing smooth Jazz?

Huge room, good beds, central location, good breakfast. Would stay again.

Our room could've fit up to 8 people, though we only had 4. AC worked nicely. Easy walking distance to a great park, a zoo, shopping, and lots of food options nearby. Very close to the subway.
