Very nice hotel. Well decorated and clean. Staffs are professional and fluent in English. There are some restaurant inside the building and you can have good meal in it. In the same time, there is a bar which served some alcohol and nice seats for sitting and talking. It is very convenient in location as well since it just next to train station.

Super close to the station. Extremely big rooms for Japan. Excellent service - we sent some bags up here via courier and the hotel staff had already arrange ti have them sent to the room without asking. The French restaurant is amazing!

Just a short walk away from the Shin-Yurigaoka train station and also the airport limousine bus terminal. Great location and shopping nearby. Plenty of places to eat as well. As for the Hotel the staff all around was friendly and professional. The rooms (from my own to the hallways and elevator and restaurants) were all very clean and well decorated. The food my colleagues and I had for breakfast every morning was delicious western style (my choice) breakfast with a full buffet of different salads, fruits, drinks and breads. Would love to stay here again if I am away on business.

The hotel, conveniently located near Shin Yurigaoka station, but still quiet, seems anyway to look better than it really is. The rooms (8th and 9th floor; elevator always stops on the 7th floor, where you can find reception and restaurant, which is annoying a bit) are rather small and there are much less helpful things, which usually in other Japanese hotels are standard (eg. drinkable water, coffee, trousers press etc.). Nearly no one speaks English. It's hard to ask about anything both at the reception and in the restaurant. The breakfasts are rather small, with good quality, but very little choice. Clean, nicely looking hotel, but rather for a one night stay.

had our lanch at Umenohana. Delicious tifu and yuba dishes are recommendable.
