Kimie's B&B is a delight; she is gracious and thoughtful host. Plus she speaks great English. The vibe is like a cozy trip to your grandmother's house. I stayed in a room with a little balcony overlooking a peaceful river full of fish and a couple of ducks. Kimie's homemade breakfast and cakes are delicious. She runs a small cafe in the same building that serves nutritious meals to kids who are in need. The money the B&B earns helps fund the cafe! The location is great, especially if you prefer to be off the beaten path. It's just a short walk to Hokokuji (the famous Bamboo temple) and Jomyoji (Check out the imho, underrated tea house). It's a 20 min walk to Kamkura Station (or a 8-10 bus ride). Two things to note - If you have mobility issues, the rooms are on the 2nd floor and the stairs are a bit steep. Also, if you're a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. The birds outside my window were pretty chirpy at dawn.

It was such a nice inn that it was regrettable that it was only one night. Many of the reviews said, "I feel like I'm back home," and the moment I opened the door and was greeted by Mie-san's smile, I realized that feeling. The breakfast was very delicious and I was very healed by talking with Kimie and other guests. This is a recommended inn! !! !! !!

The owner, who loves cooking and children, will give you the best hospitality.

I looked at a picture of a pretty room on instagram and made a reservation right away at a glance. About 20 minutes on foot from Kamakura Station. On the way, there are many nice shops, so you can enjoy walking around and walking around. Clean linens, clean baths, safe and warm meals, and the owner's personality. Many people will be repeaters. One more pleasure to come to Kamakura. thank you for helping me! Thank you very much!

The owner is really very courteous and helpful. The typical Japanese breakfast is very good and with top quality products.
