Pretty conveniently located near akiba, not a far walk from either of the stations. Konbini on the corner is a huge plus, and the rooms are pretty cheap. As an APA though you get your very minimalistic rooms and services, don't expect much more than a bed to sleep on and a shower to clean in.

The location is OK, 8 minute walk to Ochanomisu Station. Not as convenient as their other locations but still very good value budget hotel. The room is tiny so we have to put our suitcases under the bed but it's normal in Central Tokyo. It's clean and they have provided all the amenities we need (toothbrush, cotton pads and buds, shower cap, hairbrush etc.). Usually their service is very good and friendly but this time I had an odd experience when I asked them to help me to do a restaurant reservation. The staff questioned me why I couldn't book it with my mobile (I was showing her the restaurant detail on my phone) so I explained my sim card is data only. Then she asked me to go back to my room to use the phone in my room. They helped at the end but I was shocked when she questioned me.

Good location, it is walking distance from akihabara, imperial palace and ueno park. There are two station 5minutes walking from there. the room and toilet are good and clean. Price was ok. Staff was helpful, however their english was not that good. The internet and laundry could be better

I had a good time staying here ^^ Prices were reasonable, but still pretty expensive for me personally. The single room was pretty narrow, but with a big 140 cm bed that could in fact easily accommodate two people! Amenities, slippers and a "kimono" to wear around the hotel were provided, as well as some tea and coffee. Breakfast at the hotel's restaurant "Porco Piatto" was good too! They provided a buffet-style assortment of Japanese foods as well as buns and croissants and juice, so plenty to choose from. I ate until I was completely satisfied (I actually was so full that I didn't need lunch that day) and for only 1300 yen that's not bad, hahaha ;) I had a little incident: after room cleaning my toothbrush and the razor I brought from home were gone, so the hotel staff searched all the garbage bins to see whether it had accidentally been thrown away, but couldn't find it so they apologised deeply for the inconvenience and offered to refund me the costs. In the end it turned out the cleaner had just dropped my things somewhere behind the toilet which is why I didn't find it at first, so all was good in the end. But I thought the way the hotel staff handled this situation was very appropriate and professional, even though in the end it turned my things had not been thrown away at all :)
