It is an ordinary business hotel. The room is clean because it is live-max, and it feels as usual. Live-max has a microwave in the room. I don't need it because my desk gets smaller, It is convenient for people who use it because they do not have to go out. There are many places to eat in the surrounding area. There are many parking lots, but there are few cheap ones, so you should check it out. In addition, pachinko is in front of the station. Is customs one station? How long will it be?

It's just finished, so it's very beautiful overall. Cleaning is not good. There was hair in the bathtub and toilet. Others are satisfied.

It was a very uncomfortable hotel. Despite the fact that it is on the 10th floor, there is only one elevator, so waiting occurs and the inside of the elevator becomes dense. Guest Room Bus Simple TV and great for staying! One of the reasons for the star was that the hospitality of the employees and the correspondence at breakfast were at the lowest level or lower. In particular, if you have a lot of customers, it will line up for about 5 minutes because it is handled by one employee in the style of having breakfast tickets and exchanging for light meals. Although the menu was sandwiches, only bread with no contents was served, and if I made an inquiry without making an error, I made a mistake and talked to the front employee with a blunt response, I got sick and disgusted.

I use Livemax in many places, I felt that this was an average place for a new construction. It's not inconvenient because it's close to the station and there are many restaurants and convenience stores around. The fact is that it is a noisy area if you turn it over. Is Tokyo peaking out? This is the 5th store in Chiba city alone, As an impression, I thought that Chiba Minato station square was better.
