The smoking room smells pretty. Since the windows do not open at all, ventilation is not possible and it is difficult for non-smokers. The heating and cooling was centrally controlled, and it was hard to sleep even if it was turned off on the warm and cheerful November night after switching to heating. (As mentioned above, the window does not open) The equipment is retro. Cleaning is perfect. There is Wi-Fi. The front desk and parking lot management staff are very comfortable at a high level. A 20-minute walk to Chiba Station, just a good distance for a walk. Along the main street, the prefectural police are nearby, and security is good. It is quiet at night because it is far from the downtown area. The convenience store is not in the visual range, but it is nearby. Alcohol vending machines in the building are a little expensive at around 200-300 yen. A hotel where you can stay on a day with a seasonal climate without making a mistake in smoking / non-smoking

I couldn't get a non-smoking room, so I stayed in a smoking room. A level that smells faintly. The bath and toilet are the same, but the space is too large. It's a washlet, but I don't feel like using it because the place where water comes out is dirty. If you put something like a mold killer on it, you can get it right away. The room is large. It can be used extensively. However, the floor is old and dirty, so indoor slippers are needed. Of course, there are disposable slippers. There is a parking lot in front of the hotel, which is convenient. Wi-Fi is also available, but the radio waves may be weak and cut off. I wonder if the 6th floor is related.

This is the first hotel in the area around Chiba Station by car. The underground parking lot is safe and convenient. Probably the customer base is a businessman with one bag, the front desk and the room are clean, and the furniture in the room is not damaged very much. However, there is no Wi-Fi. This is the only biggest difficulty of this hotel. Instead, a toll-free terminal called handy was deployed until last year, but it's gone. Isn't this the only business hotel without Wi-Fi? I hope for immediate improvement.

You can also take the monorail to Chiba Port Tower! JR is also nearby, and you can also go to Keisei Electric Railway on foot or by monorail. Personally, it is recommended for people who want to use it calmly. The front staff is very friendly and there may be individual differences in the room. I think it's good! Also! Local character goods from Chiba are on sale at the front desk, so please purchase as much as you can't carry your luggage (laughs).
