The onsen at the rooftop is a lovely experience (especially with the complimentary beer)!
The rooms are standard-size (for Tokyo! if you've never visited before, expect rooms significantly smaller than you're used to) & have everything you need.
Everything is modern, clean and accommodating.
I travel around quite a bit, and I know a good hotel when I see one. This is definitely it!
The location is unbeatable -- just a few minutes from the venerable Akihabara. About 5 minutes walking distance from the subway platform (Ginza line, which can take you directly to many attractions) and roughly 10 minutes from the JR train platform. You also have a 7-11 literally adjacent to the entrance, and there are quite a few decent restaurants nearby.

Had an excellent stay here. Very friendly staff and nice clean rooms. Free ramen and beer is provide at night and the hot spring bath was a boon if you've been walking the entire day.
Partly my fault in mistakenly booked for 1 instead of 2. Be extra careful when booking.
Had to pay 50% extra for 2 person.
BUT BUT, can't change booking online, had to re-book AND lose original payment. BAD
End up having to pay extra US$60!!! per night, NO Breakfast
With that, was given a room the same size as for 1 person.
Robbery? No allowance given at the front desk and no help given - absurd!
Furthermore, room cleaning is extra $15 per day (optional)
Extremely bad experience.

fantastic rooms, generously sized and convenient location! so close with 7eleven right underneath the hotel and 2 train stations walking distance away!! unfortunately i was so busy i could not try out the spas but i am sure it would be lovely :) thank you for a comfortable stay
Onsen on property is fantastic, ramen service and beer service are nice. Room is kind of small and bed is hard. I would recommend this location to anyone who wants a lit of Akiba time and who will use the onsen a bunch.
