This hotel and banquet complex is fantastic. Top quality. The food is excellent in the service is great. They put Hospitality first and you really feel it when you walk in the door

Fabulous 5-star hotel in Shinjuku. Beautiful 100 year old gardens and rooms very spacious and well-appointed by any standard.

Came here for a work conference and also had lunch here. The food was great! As an American I can only ask for larger portions 😂 Classy and exceptional service.

This hotel is very very fancy. I can guarantee, that you will get more than 100% of what you pay for, which will already be quite a lot. Staff are extremely friendly. It's actually sort of an old fashioned place, has a kind of Taisho feel.

The hotel is called the Conrad hotel. The hotel boasts amazing views of the city from it's lovely dining and reception areas. However, more than the view, the rooms are spacious and beautifully high tech with automatic curtains, lights , etc etc. The place is well organized and the details are such amazing. From the elevators to the restaurants. What makes this place so amazing? It's simple. The people of Japan are so beautifully classy and professional it's just unreal. The smiles, the service, the great attitudes, the graciousness.. can't get better than this.. so impressive .
