Great place for short stay esp. for solo travellers. All utensils for cooking are already available!

This inn is good for people who only need a place to stay. This inn provides rooms only with comfortable beds and a coin laundry room. However, there is no room service and no room maintenance.

The inn is very nice. Peaceful neighborhood. Very near to the train station which is the shin-maruko station. Also very near to restaurants and supermarket which makes it easily accessible.

Rooms are bit spacious compared to the Kawasaki Flex Stay where actuality I stayed. Visited a friend at tamagawa Flex Stay. The elevator is bit on the interior. No immediate access to department stores.

The local was ok, but the installation seems to be old, and it's located in a hided space. The attendant was polite. The problem was that we did meal and parking reservation in the site, but it wasn't available when we did the check-in. This was the negative point.
