Very affordable and central location in Nagano. Perfect for those on a budget yet wanting something modern and clean. Breakfast was very good too! Staff were friendly and can't beat the convenience to Nagano Station. Stayed in March 2019 and was extremely satisfied.

Like this hotel very much. Just next to Nagano train station. Very convenient. There is indoor link-way from train station to hotel passing through the mall. Hotel staffs are helpful and efficient. They can speak English so no problem in communicating. Rooms are clean and larger than those in Tokyo.

Perfect location! This hotel is steps away from the JR station and is connected via a shopping mall as well. The facilities are great and the service is fantastic. There is also a bus stop opposite the hotel and you can easily walk to Zenkoji temple. Overall, a great place!

Super convenient location, you can access the train station directly from the hotel. The buffet restaurant at Café Iris is great value, all you can eat from a wide selection including fruit and vegetables. The lounge bar was reasonably priced, good service and drinks freshly prepared - closes at 9pm though. We would've liked to have gone to the rooftop bar, however it was fully booked during our 4 nights in Nagano, so a tip would be to book in advance - likewise with the Japanese and Chinese restaurants.

Perfect location. There's a connecting aisle between hotel and Nagano station. Breakfast is very good with variety of choices. Only a bit let down is internet which is a bit slow. Will definitely stay here again if come to Nagano next time.
