Oyama Grand Hotel

I have been here a month so far, rooms are dirty and tired, breakfast is always cold, cold eggs cold bacon every day regardless of the time that you dine, The staff are very friendly patient, I took my laundry to reception on Saturday and told laundry was unavailable until Wednesday. Resturant is very mediocre, you are better off going elsewhere to eat, this is the best hotel Oyama has to offer, Japanese royalty visited here in the year 1995 I don't think they would be too impressed with it if they were to visit in 2019.one star rating only for the staff who work here.

I had a course by Yuzuka-san. I had a good time serving politely.

As a hotel, the location is usually not very good. Breakfast didn't change much and I didn't find it attractive.
