Worst hotel in Yokohama. Very small size rooms with high cost. Reception service also very poor. I have booked this restaurant for 3 months through my office hotel booking team. They have confirmed my booking for 3 months with 10000 yen per day as a rent. But once i started to stay they are not provided 1 room for full 3 months. Every week they asked to change the room. Also they missed to book the room for 2 weeks between my stays & not giving proper communication. After a long discussion through my office travel desk also they are not agreed to provide a room for complete 3 months. Then i booked an appartment for my stays.

Stayed for 4 nights. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was clean. Would stay again in the future. Recommend this hotel!

Staff were not very friendly but probably the language problem. The cheaper room was very small and smelt of cigarette smoke even though it was a non smoking floor. We upgraded to a larger room that was a lot more expensive though. We got stuck there during the typhoon.
