Can't tell much since just stay 1 night before depart to Sapporo in the next early morning & check in late by 10 pm.
Anyway, room is clean and convenience. Big space for lobby since have 2 building separately that can serve lot of guests. Breakfast is very good with more varieties and period of serving is good from 6-10 am. & very near the airport that most convenience for passengers who have early flightd.
Weak points, will feel better if counter people can serve with a bit more hospitality & On sen time too short only 2 -9 pm.
Over all would like to recommend.
Stayed here for the 14 day quarantine. Room was good size and staff very helpful.
Convient location for night's stopover. Free shuttle to Narita town and airport. Lovely breakfast with a good mix of eastern and western food. Room was a little dated but was not offputting. It was clean and enough room for the 3 of us. Would stay again if needed.

Close to the airport and rental car locations. A great location to recover from jet-lag before discovering Japan.
