Booked for 4,000y. Small room but very clean, multi-use charger, plenty of outlets, lots of bath products available for free in lobby (hair masks, face masks, etc.) as well as free equipment rentals like curling irons, luggage carts, and so on. The onsen is included but it's just one bath and there aren't any special products in the vanity area.
The major issue was breakfast (1,000y). It's touted as a luxury spread, however items on the menu were missing and some items that should be hot were cold (not even room temp). For example, the scrambled eggs were slimy and cold. The worst I've ever had. Save your money and go out for breakfast, even a conbini run would be better than this.
Clean and compact rooms. Not spacious but good for the price (4000yen). Multi-use chargers in each room, and free tea/coffee.
However the breakfast was genuinely disgusting so loses one star.
Decent room and location. Everything you need for a short stay
They have gorgeous rooms with a great view of the city. I really liked the complementary drinks they offered after checking in. The front desk customer service was very friendly and spoke English. My stay was great.
Amenity is substantial.
There is a feeling of cleanliness.
Employees are kind.
Children's pajamas can be rented free of charge.
Families are welcome.
Large communal bath feels good.
The bed is comfortable.
Unlimited viewing of anime on TV with VOD.
He gave me two card keys, so it's helpful to be able to share it with my wife.
Breakfast is delicious.
There are places where you can eat and convenience stores nearby.
It was an impeccable and wonderful hotel! !!
