The service is good, staff are friendly, and the meals are tasty. However, most of the staff do not speak English. On top of that, we were given very little information about the facility. It would be really helpful if they had an instruction sheet in English to hand it to the guests. The in-room, onsen was better as an idea than the reality. First room given to us had completely broken onsen and they seemed to know about it (what? We paid for that.) They upgraded our room but then we quickly realized that their water boiler can't keep up with amount of water used by the guests so we had to wait for some odd hours to use it.

Nice place to stay, typically Japanese, good food, hot springs in a quite environment.

Absolutely do not stay here! I want to make my voice loud! Incredible. We asked for room which continued for two days at the time of accommodation, but it was guided to room between 1 by mistake of inn side. I did not notice this too, but at the time of checkout, it seems that the inn side understood that, "If I was a claim thing," "If there is a room, do you see?" Please come again "and there is no apology. Regular price. Are you giving up business? May you be able to do business with you? If you can choose a place to stay normally, it is a level that has already been clearly stated. The bath is warm and there are mosses. There is no word other than annoyance.

Founded nearly 300 years old inn, current building 110 years old, cost-performance accommodation. All-you-can-drink barrel sake (local sake and tea) in the open-air bath is very good. There is the world's cultural heritage Kinpsanji Temple nearby and the location is also good. There is a disappointing part of writing, but there is no such thing. It can be seen that the hotel is making various efforts.
