Had a good stay at this hotel. Room is clean and tidy. WiFi is free. Located within walking distance of Shinkoiwa Station. Great ramen shop is beside the hotel. A must try it you're staying here.

It's very small just like other hotels in tokyo. Even so, my stay was very pleasant. The room is clean and wifi is quick. Very near train station. Just 2 minutes walk. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

The rooms are typical of a business hotel, very compact but serviceable. I find the beds to be quite comfortable and I have no complaints with the housekeeping. There is hand soap as well as pajamas and manga available in the lobby if you need it, and the adjacent Jonathan's breakfast option has always treated me well. It is also very close to the Shin-koiwa station and various food options, all very convenient.
