The booking page is tricky, they put the smoking room on the top of home page. When we found it’s very wrong, they said we have to make change through web site, but the web site shows please contact directly to the hotel, they were fooling around us. the time we stay was high season, all rooms are booked, and no way to change non-smoking room, who should be blamed for this, the web site or this hotel?
This hotel has strict check-in check-out policy, check-in time is 4 pm, and check-out time is 10 am. We went airport with my brother-in-law, but when we back, it was 12 pm, so they charged another ¥2000 for overtime stay.
I like this chain hotel as it has reasonable rates that include both Japanese and non-Japanese tasty breakfast
Plus you can earn points than ultimately can save you a night fee after several revisits.

Calm down no matter where Toyoko Inn stops!
The front desk is very friendly.
I will continue to use it on business trips.
The correspondence at the front desk was polite and there was no problem
The room was clean
The parking lot will be a multi-story parking lot using the location of Nissan Rent-A-Car, so I could not find it even if I searched for it.
