Can't wait to go back again
Highly recommend this hotel for rich breakfast and fully-equipped room. the view of room facing Ueno park is fantastic.
Very kind staff with basic English. Strong AC in the rooms. The Spa/public bath is lovely--they do ask you go without clothing for the sauna/onsen/bathing area. Breakfast has great variety and quality. Location is unmatched for metro access, beautiful Ueno Park, and shopping/dining streets. Small laundry machines are available to use.
Centrally located. The Ueno Park is just opposite the hotel. The room is well equipped for travellers to relax their body with massagers. The public bath is fully equipped and very comfortable. The dressing table for the men has everything you need to groom ourselves after a hot steam and onsen experience. The water cooler helps us to hydrate ourselves too. The experience was good. By the way the hotel is a 8min walk from the crowded food/shopping street. Great place to be.👍👏😁
Really friendly check in, upscale feel. The room was small even by Japan standards, but had everything we needed. One less star for the bathroom, which was set up so tightly so my legs barely fit to sit with the door closed. Good amenities for women's bath and the breakfast was included with our price and had a really good selection, which changed slightly each day. Easy to get to this hotel from Ueno station and I would stay here again in the future.
