Some nasties try to find out scapegoats for them to free from the responsibilities and to blame others. This is very typical behavior and the culture of the company, and if you look for rather long term services, stay away from here. Blaming, outsider vs insider, no support by mean colleagues, are common, and once you are targeted as scapegoat, PIP is waiting or leave with no other way to continue to work. Nothing but selling fake to every customer.
