black company. Don't come. Employers are only there to waste your time. Unprofessional.

We stayed here for 5 days & 4 nights. We requested for room clean up on our 3rd night but they said they will have to charge us ¥7700 for the cleaning because the cleaning that we have paid was only after checking out. How can that be? We have paid for the room for 5 days at the same amount for each day? How come they are saying we only paid for the cleaning after checking out? And what if it was a different guest for each of the 5 days, don't they clean it up after each day? Also, It was a little far away from the Otsuka Station and it was really far from Shinjuku which is the center for tourist attractions. We did a lot of walking. Not to mention they really small toilet and bathroom, it is very hard to wash your hands and brush your teeth at their sink. Also, it is very hard to check in, you had to do it all by yourself without them explaining thoroughly. Wrong choice of hotel for tourist.

I made a reservation because it was a cheap business trip, but I was surprised to see more than double bills. In addition to the accommodation fee, 1.5 times the cleaning fee was required. It seems that the cleaning fee was written inconspicuously, and the payment notation on the reservation site is so bad that the total of the accommodation fee and the fee seems to be the cleaning fee. I felt that I was doing an acoustic business. I canceled only the accommodation fee.

The room is large, there is a hot water bottle but no cup, there is a toothbrush provided with a towel but no mouthwash, which is a little inconvenient. If you are planning an itinerary, if you are in the city, you will spend more time on transportation.
